SOUTHERN FRIED & SANCTIFIED: TALES FROM THE BACK DECK by Deborah Burst
My good friend, Deborah Burst, a writer and photographer, has just released a book, "Southern Fried & Sanctified," featuring me and Tyler Boo. Janet and I met Deborah on a Louisiana tourism trip. The book features how Tyler joined the family, his love for Zebra cakes, and how pasta jambalaya saved him from heart failure. Here's a pic from the book, Tyler and me getting ready to hunt some gators.
A quote from the book, "He's had heart failure, run over by cars, trucks and boats," said Bruce in his wonderful Ponchatoula drawl. "I don't know how many times he's been turtle bit and gator bit from the farm."
The book has lot's of critter tales in the Crazy Critter chapter. Take a look at her website for photos inside her book. Y'all can order a personalized copy of Deborah's book from her website that accepts debit and credit cards.
